1. Distribution trading customer service
Application qualifications
TOEIC 500 points or more for 2 or more years’ experience in international distribution and trade
Work content
B to B customer service based on international distribution work
- PR between shipping companies, intermediaries, and air companies etc.
- External business (quotation creation and submission)
- Contact with overseas agents (mainly email and telephone)
- Proposal-type sales
- Overseas business trips (1-2 times/year, for approximately 1 week in China, Hong Kong, and Thailand)
- Domestic business trips (approximately once every 2-3 months in Nagoya and Osaka
Working hours
09：00-18：00 *Hours for part-time work can be discussed
Treatment
Determined after discussion based on the content of the experience
2. Purchasing/trading clerical work
Application qualifications
TOEIC 500 points or more for 2 or more years’ experience in international distribution and trade
Work content
General trading related to purchasing of automobile parts
- Supplier production management, trading document creation
- Overseas delivery management, price negotiations
- Receipt of orders from overseas buyers
- Receipt of orders and qualiity management for 40 or more domestic parts manufacturers
- Creation of documents and other support for procurement
Working hours
09：00-18：00 *Hours for part-time work can be discussed
